Me too, one more to the list

I'm being working with the Deployment Tookit and experience all issues
mention above, I have multiple machines to test on, and every single one at
some point gets that behavior.
Please, to the authors of the Kit, provide an estimate time for the final
release, we need to know if we will need to create our own or wait a little
bit for the final.
To the community, anyone found alternate solutions? How hard is to create a
custom bootstrapper to emulate the toolkit, is that hard? Tips, links are
WELCOME!!!
