Memory Allocation - Win2k3 SP1 and SQL Server 2K SP4

I have a SQL Server cluster with 4 Dual Core 3.0Ghz Processors and 8 GB
of RAM. I have PAE and AWE enabled on the server, but I cannot get SQL
Server to access more than 4GB of RAM (using perfmon- SQLServer:Memory
Manager/Total Server Memory). I would like to allocate nearly all of
the available memory on the machine to SQL Server.
I seem to have the same symptons described in this MS article-
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=899761, but I get a "No
Qualifying Products" error when I try to install the HOTFIX.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
NickHi
appologies if this is an obvious response - are you using std or ent?
the hotfix is for ent and dev editions.

The link seems to refer to SQL Server SP4. We are have installed sp4
if that's the hotfix you're referring to.
