Media Center

Help, I'm trying to burn a CD using Windows Media Player 10. I keep getting the message-interface not registered. I tried to download WMP, and it says it cannot because there is already a more recent version already installed. Should I uninstall WMP, and then reinstall it. If so, how do i do that, I cannot find it on the control panel!

Thank You for your help

Amanda,

You might find one of these newsgroups/forums better equipped to answer you problem.

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/newsgroups/reader.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.windowsmedia&lang=en&cr=US

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/support.aspx

You might also find the solution by searching groups.google.com with search terms of "windows media player" and then any error messages you are getting.

MDX Sample Application...

Does anyone know where you can download the MDX sample application from?

if you are running Analysis Services 2005, SQL Server Management Studio is the new query tool.

You can connect to Analysis Services 2005 and write MDX queries here.

As far as I know, MDX Sample is not available as a public download. It’s sample code that ships with our Analysis Services 2000 product.

Hi Artur

The SQL Server 2000 Samples (with MDX sample application) are still free to download

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=7824ba50-3e29-45cf-8c02-5597c014a707&displaylang=en

One of the great benefits of the MDX sample application is a possibility to set connection string options.

it is impossible In SqlWb :-(
